Managing an error in order fulfilment is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through this process effectively:

1. Identify the Failed Fulfilment Status Orders: Start by clicking the "Fulfil" button next to the order that has failed fulfilment to understand the reason behind the error.

2. Navigate to the Shopify Product Page: Based on the error displayed, navigate to the Shopify product page related to the order that needs fixing. Use the search box on the Shopify product page to find and click on the order that requires correction.

3. Address the Issue: Review the provided reason for the failed fulfilment and make the necessary corrections. Enter the required details accurately to rectify the error. Once done, click "Save."

4. Retry Fulfilment: Go back to the UR-L page, choose the order that hasn't been fulfilled, and click on the 'Fulfil' button once more to try fulfilling the order again.

5. Complete the Fulfilment Process: Fill in the required details in the fulfilment options menu and click "Submit" to complete the fulfilment process successfully.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage errors in order fulfilment and ensure a smooth customer experience.
