If you are a client that encounters any issues using our portal, this guide is designed to assist you in using it. The guide contains essential information about our client portal, and it's worth noting that access to the portal is exclusive to subscribed clients.

The Toolbar Tabs of Luwjistik’s Client Portal

The toolbar tabs in Luwjistik's portal provide a comprehensive set of tools and features for both clients and network partners to manage their logistics operation efficiently, including:

Client Portal

The Client Portal is the gateway for Luwjistik's clients, providing tools and features to manage their logistics operations efficiently. This portal comprises the following primary tabs:

A. L-Freight

L-Freight is the order management page tailored for B2B (business-to-business) shipments. Clients can use this tab to initiate, track and manage their B2B shipments seamlessly. It streamlines the process, making it easy for clients to monitor the status of their B2B shipments.

B. L-Parcel

For clients dealing with B2C (business-to-consumer) shipments, L-Parcel is the ideal tool to initiate, track, and manage their B2C Shipments. This order management page allows clients to oversee their B2C shipments with ease. It simplifies B2C order management, ensuring a smooth flow of products to end consumers.

C. Marketplace

The Marketplace tab is a valuable resource where clients can select and connect with their preferred logistics partners worldwide. This page lets clients explore various logistics options and establish essential partnerships to enhance their supply chain operations.

D. More

The 'More' tab offers further functionality with four distinct sub-pages:

  • Insight: This page serves as a shipping performance dashboard, providing clients with vital insights into their logistics operations' efficiency and performance metrics.

  • L-Control: L-Control is a tool page that empowers clients to design their supply chain by utilising customisable shipping solutions tailored to their unique needs.

  • Bagging: Bagging simplifies the shipping process by enabling clients to generate shipping bag labels for easy shipping and tracking, ensuring that shipments reach their destinations seamlessly.

  • Manage OMS (Order Management System): This page helps you manage your customers. You can onboard your own customer, update their information, and even create a special branding experience for them, like custom labels and logos.

How to Interpret Your Action in Our Client Portal

In Luwjistik, work happens in Marketplace, L-Freight, L-Parcel, Insight, L-Control, Bagginig, and Manage OMS. Keep reading to learn more about how these features work.

A. Marketplace

In the Marketplace tab, you will see several actions, such as:

Search button

The result of the exact network partner name you search for will appear.

Filter by country

The result of the network partner that operates in the country chosen will appear.

Choose types of services

You can pre-set the filter and multi-select the kind of services that you want to see in the search result.

Featured network partner

You can connect with one of our preferred network partners to create your supply chain.

View your connected partner

You can view the network partners that have approved your connection request.

Click on a network partner

You can read the company brief information and view the network partner rating.

Connect with the vendor button

You can connect with the vendor if you decide to include the vendor in your supply chain flow.

Download rate sheet

You can see the rate the network partner offers with zero markups from Luwjistik.

B. L-Freight

In the L-Freight tab, you will see several actions, such as:

Upload orders

Upload your B2B orders using Luwjistik's standard format.

Filter options

Customise your uploaded orders by applying criteria such as All, Created, In Progress, and Delivered to suit your needs.

Order Code

Search for a specific order by inputting its unique order code.

Created Date

Search for a specific order by inputting the date it was created.

Origin

Search for a specific order by inputting the origin port of your shipment.

Destination

Search for a specific order by inputting the destination port of your shipment.

Incoterm

Search for a specific order by inputting the Incoterm of your shipment.

+ Button

Collapse this button to view order details, including sender and consignee addresses, package information, and used Incoterms.

Order details and Tracking

Track and view detailed information about your orders, including sender and consignee addresses, cargo readiness date, package details, used Incoterms, item details, and order status.

View B2B Documents

Review the completion of your B2B shipping documents.

Download label

After uploading your order details, download labels for your shipment.

C. L-Parcel

In the L-Parcel tab, you will see several actions, such as:

Upload orders

Upload your orders using Luwjistik's standard format.

Filter button

You can customise your uploaded order by applying any criteria that suit your needs.

Setting up your view setting

You can set up the requirements you want to display in your order details information.

Exporting your orders

You can export your order data to an Excel file. Select any order ID that you want to export.

Download label

After uploading your order details, you can download the labels for your parcels.

View setting

You can view the order list per order list view or batch order view.

D. Insight

In the Insight tab, you will see several actions, such as:

Filter Box

Allows you to apply specific filters to refine the data displayed in the dashboard, making it easier to focus on relevant information.

Reload

Refreshes the data in the Insight tab.

Dashboard Actions

Provides various options to customise the dashboard.

Order Count

Displays the total count of orders in the specified dataset.

Total Weight

Shows the total of the weights of all orders in the dataset.

Average Weight Per Order

Displays the average weight per order.

Orders by Consignee Country

Group orders by the country of the consignee.

Orders by Month

Group orders by the month of their creation.

Orders by Date

Group orders by their creation date.

Delivered Count

Shows the total count of orders that have been successfully delivered.

Pending Count

Displays the count of orders that are still pending and have not been delivered.

Ongoing Count

Indicates the number of orders that are currently in progress or being processed.

Return Count

Provides insights into the number of orders that have been returned by customers.

Failed Delivery Count

Shows the count of orders with failed delivery attempts.

Delivery On-Time (%)

Displays the percentage of orders that were delivered on-time.

On-Time Performance by Week

Visualises the on-time performance of orders on a weekly basis.

On-Time Performance by Zone

Examines the on-time performance of orders by specific geographic zones or regions.

Order Count by Zone

Breaks down the order count based on different geographic zones or regions.

E. L-Control

In the L Control tab, you will see several actions, such as:

Modular

Customise your supply chain through our modular service

Smart Routing International (SRI)

Automates your supply chain through our SRI

Region

Allows you to select a specific region for further actions.

Clicking on any country-listed

Reveals a list of services offered in the selected country.

Clicking on First Mile or Last Mile

Displays a list of zones available for the selected country.

Click on the setup button for a specific area

Provides a list of network partners you've connected with, enabling you to set up your supply chain for the corresponding zone.

Click on Customs

Shows a list of custom clearance partners for the specific port.

No network partner is appearing?

It would help if you connected to your preferred network partner for the services and location of your operation at our marketplace menu. Once the status is associated, only you can set up your supply chain in L-Control.

F. Manage OMS

This tab aims for clients who are subscribed to our OMS Lite and here are the actions you will find during the setup process, including:
