Setting Up the L-Control

If you encounter any issues setting up the L control, this document contains pertinent information you should know.

You will learn the following:

Luwjistik L-Control

In our L-Control, you can assign your services, zone/location to any network partner. It depends on how many services you would like to use in Luwjistik. After that you can set up the L-Control based on your chosen network partner in the marketplace.

Please note that it is a one-time setup

  • You only need to do this setup once before starting your shipment.

  • Nonetheless, should you wish to modify your supply chain configuration, you have the option to do so. Orders submitted after establishing the L-Control will be the only ones affected after the setup has been done, and any pending shipments will not be subject to its implementation.

What to Expect in Luwjistik L-Control?

The Luwjistik L-Control offers services you can customise to your logistic operations, such as the zone/location of any network partner. There are multiple advantages to utilising the Luwjistik L-Control for your logistical needs, including:

  • Intelligent and dynamic allocation tool to help manoeuvre around shipping constraints and limitations when working with multiple network partners.

  • Customise shipment allocation based on various parameters, such as regions and volumes, according to specific needs.

How to set up your L-Control?

In our L-Control, you can start to customise your supply chain preference.

1. Navigate to L-Control in our menu bar.

2. You can start by choosing Luwjistik’s services you want to use.

3. Choose the region and the country from the country list.

4. A list of services will appear, which consists of First Mile, Customs, Last Mile and Domestic.

5. A list of zones will appear once you click on the First Mile, Last Mile and Domestic options, making setting up your supply chain on the zoning level easier.

6. Click update/setup to design your supply chain for the selected zone. Then you can set up your zone default Network Partner to fulfil the service.

7. Next, you can fill in primary network partners, secondary network partners, and as many network partners that fit your business needs. You can also set up the daily limit of each network partner to maximise your operations capability and performance.

Why must I set up an alternative network partner other than the default partner for Modular?

We introduce this feature to help you manage your shipment, especially during peak season or when you have a significant freight volume. It allows you to control your service performance based on criteria you have set, e.g., maximum parcel pcs.
