If you are having trouble tracking your order, this document provides you with the answers to locate your shipment.

You will learn the following:

How to Track Your Order?

Luwjistik offers two methods for tracking your order. You can go through the client portal or directly track your shipment on the Luwjistik tracking page as follows:

Client Portal

  1. Log into your account on the Luwjistik client portal

  1. Navigate to the L-Parcel page in the menu bar, and select the filter option.

  1. Input your order ID into the “Order ID” filter function

  1. Click on the corresponding order ID to access the tracking update

Tracking Page

  1. Click the "Track My Shipment" button and wait for the page to display the status of your delivery. Enter your tracking number into the provided field.

How to Interpret the Order Statuses?

The order status aims to simplify your order tracking process, keep you informed, and manage your orders efficiently. The order status allows you to stay informed about your package or shipment's current location, condition, and estimated arrival time (ETA).

Below is a comprehensive list of the available delivery statuses for our esteemed services.

Delivery Statuses

Description

FF Received at Origin House

The freight forwarder has received the shipment, and it is ready for further processing and transportation to its destination.

FF Received at Freight Forwarder

The freight forwarder has received the shipment from the shipper or our First Mile partner and has taken custody of it for further processing and transportation.

FF in Flight

Your shipment has been cleared for air transport and is en route to its destination.

CC Pending Custom Clearance

Your shipment has reached the country of destination and is currently awaiting clearance from customs authorities.

CC Custom Cleared

Customs have cleared your shipment.

LM Received at Destination Warehouse

The destination warehouse has received your shipment.

In Transit

Our Last Mile partner processes your shipment from a transportation hub to the distribution centre.

In Transit (Inbound to Klang)

Our Last Mile partner is transporting your shipment from the distribution centre to the final delivery location zone (e.g. in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia).

Out for Delivery

Your shipment is loaded onto a delivery vehicle and transported to the intended recipient's address for final delivery.

Delivered

Your shipment has been successfully delivered to the customer's location, marking the end of the delivery process.

What Happens Next?

If you have yet to receive any updates on your order tracking system for an extended period, please follow the recommended steps outlined below:

1. Verify Your Shipment Tracking Number

Make sure you have the correct tracking number to track your shipment. Check the following sources for the number:

  • The confirmation email from Luwjistik (Consignee only)

  • The order label

  • The order tab on our portal (Log into your account to access).

2. Wait for a Few Days

Give it a few days before checking on the status of your shipment, as our partner may be able to address many of the potential delays mentioned. Your package may even arrive during this time.

3. Contact Luwjistik Team

If you haven't received any updates on your tracking status for over a week, please contact our support team at [email protected] for any questions or concerns regarding your tracking updates.
