If you need help tracking your L-Freight air order, this document provides you with the answers to locate your shipment.

How to Track Your B2B Order?

Luwjistik simplifies order tracking with two convenient methods:

Client Portal

  1. Go to Luwjistik’s website at Luwjistik.com and click the Login button

  1. Log in to your Luwjistik account.

  1. Once you logged in, you will be directed to the marketplace as the default page. So, head to the L-Freight section in the menu bar to track your B2B order.

  1. Select the filter option and input the necessary details.

  1. Or you can search the order based on each stage of the shipment process, offering a structured view from initiation to delivery.

  1. Click the arrow icon to track your B2B order status.

  1. Or access order details for shipment specifics by dropping down the + button.

  1. And click the order details button to show the order details.

  1. It will show you the order information including the order status.

Tracking Page

  1. Go to Luwjistik website here and click the Tracking button.

  1. Visit the Luwjistik Tracking website

  2. Input your tracking number and tap "Track My Shipment" to track your B2B order.

Decoding Order Statuses

Understanding your order's status informs you about its location, condition, and ETA. Here are the status details:

Delivery Statuses

Description

FF Received at Origin House

The freight forwarder has received the shipment, and it is ready for further processing and transportation to its destination.

FF Received at Freight Forwarder

The freight forwarder has received the shipment from the shipper or our First Mile partner and has taken custody of it for further processing and transportation.

FF in Flight

Your shipment has been cleared for air transport and is en route to its destination.

CC Pending Custom Clearance

Your shipment has reached the country of destination and is currently awaiting clearance from customs authorities.

CC Custom Cleared

Customs have cleared your shipment.

LM Received at Destination Warehouse

The destination warehouse has received your shipment.

In Transit

Our Last Mile partner processes your shipment from a transportation hub to the distribution centre.

In Transit (Inbound to Klang)

Our Last Mile partner is transporting your shipment from the distribution centre to the final delivery location zone (e.g. in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia).

Out for Delivery

Your shipment is loaded onto a delivery vehicle and transported to the intended recipient's address for final delivery.

Delivered

Your shipment has been successfully delivered to the customer's location, marking the end of the delivery process.

What Happens Next?

If you have not received any updates yet, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Verify Your Shipment Tracking Number: Check your confirmation email, order label, or our portal's order tab.

  2. Wait for a Few Days: Sometimes delays resolve themselves, so give it a little time.
