L-Chat: Communicating With a Network Partner

If you wish to contact our network partners, this document provides ways to communicate with them.

What is Luwjistik L-Chat?

The L-Chat is a messaging chat box to communicate with your connections. Our L-Chat lets you connect with our ticketing system directly and receive faster responses to your inquiries. We also powered our L-Chat for communication to happen in a few scenarios, such as :

  • From network partner to a client

  • From client to network partner

  • From client to Luwjistik's admin and vice versa

  • From network partner to Luwjistik's admin and vice versa

How to Use the L-Chat?

Please adhere to the following set of instructions to utilise the L-Chat:

  1. Go to Luwjistik Portal and click the login button. Log in with your email address and the password provided.

  1. Navigate to the L-Parcel page in the menu bar.

  1. Click on any order number and click on Start Chat at any service you want to enquire about.

  1. Type any enquiry in the popup chat box. It is a Free text format. Then, click on Submit.

  1. Once submitted, you will be redirected to the inbox function. Where in this inbox, you can trace all conversations you have initiated. You can search previous conversation history by using the order number.

Email notification

We now roll out a new update on our L-Chat to ensure the communication is well attended. The network partner will receive an email notification whenever your client sends a message. We will send the email to all logged-in users and customer service emails.
