Modify, Cancel, and Delete Orders
Updated over a week ago

Our portal does not allow for the modification or deletion of orders. However, you may cancel an order by following the information below.

You will learn the following:

What will Cancelling Orders do?

Cancelling an order stops the fulfilment and delivery of an order before completion. When cancelling an order, our Network Partner will not send out the items intended for shipment. Depending on the processing stage, fees or charges are applied, such as for services already rendered.

It's crucial to note that cancelling an order is permanent and cannot be undone. Therefore, it's advisable to consider cancelling an order carefully before deciding.

What Happens When Cancelling Orders?

If our Network Partner has already processed the order, you are responsible for paying any costs or fees incurred for those services, even if you subsequently cancel the order.

What to Do Next?

Given that we have not provided the service of modifying or deleting orders, we recommend you create and submit a new order to proceed with your request. To do so, please follow this information:

A. Creating a New Order

You can not modify or delete an order in our portal. Instead, we recommend you create a new order with the desired changes or resubmit a new one with a different order number.

Please note that creating a new order must create a new order number, so you can not use the same order number for the new one.

B. Contact Our Support Team

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with our support team at [email protected]. We can cancel your order without any charges if we have not processed your shipment.

However, we may charge you for rendered services if our Network Partner has already processed your shipment. Our support team will work with you to determine the best course of action and to ensure that you will pay a certain charge for the services you have received.
