How to Change the Consignee's Address on Luwjistik

If you need to update the consignee's address on your Luwjistik order, you can do so depending on the order status. Here are the steps for addressing this:

A. Changing Address upon Order Submission

If you've submitted your order and label can’t generated, it is possible caused by wrong shipment informatio. Hence, you can amend the consignee’s address or shipment information by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your client portal on Luwjistik's website.

  1. Navigate to the 'Order' tab.

  1. Locate the specific order requiring an address update

  1. Click the 'Edit' button.

  1. You can modify the consignee's address and shipment details as needed.

This option is available for addressing inaccuracies immediately upon order submission.

B. Changing Address After Successful Order Submission

If your order has been successfully submitted and the shipment is already in progress, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected].

  2. Please provide them with the information about your shipment, such as the order number and current address.

  3. Request the address change based on the status of your shipment. Our customer support team is available to assist you promptly and efficiently. They can also provide you with the latest information on the status of your shipment. Please be aware that address changes may or may not incur additional charges, depending on the specific circumstances of your shipment.

What Happens Next?

Once you've requested an address change, here's what you can expect:

  • Incurred Charges: A delivery to the new address will incur charges based on our rates. These charges will be determined by the applicable domestic or international shipping rates, depending on the zones of the new address.

  • SLA Delivery Renewal: The Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery will be renewed with the new address. You can refer to the rate card for detailed terms and conditions.

  • New Order Number: A new order number with the updated address will be generated for your shipment. This new order number will be provided for your records and tracking.

  • Old Order Number: The old order number will be considered terminated, marking the transition to the updated address.

  • Delivery Attempts: We will make three delivery attempts to the new address. If the delivery fails after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. At this point, we will await further instructions from you.
