Step-by-Step Guide to Upload Merchant's Pricing

Below is a straightforward guide to uploading merchant pricing on Luwjistik, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Step 1: Visit the Luwjistik Website

Navigate to Luwjistik's official website at Luwjistik.com.

Step 2: Login to the Luwjistik Portal

Use your Luwjistik account credentials to log in. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the default marketplace page.

Step 3: Access Manage OMS

To upload merchant pricing, click the "More" button and select the "Manage OMS" option from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: Choose Manage Customers

Within the Manage OMS option, select "Manage Customers." Here, you'll find a list of your merchants.

Step 5: Select Merchant and Click Upload Rates

Identify the specific merchant for which you want to upload pricing. Click on the three-dot option next to the merchant's name and choose "Upload Rates."

Note:

Rates are applied per merchant level. Therefore, if you have multiple customers, the rates must be uploaded manually for each customer, one by one.

Step 6: Upload .csv File

For the first-time upload, you can download the sample file here. Prepare your pricing information in a .csv file format, and follow the prompts to upload the file, ensuring your rates are accurately represented.

Origin Country

The country from which a shipment originates or where it is initially sent from. (E.g. MY)

Origin Zone

A specific area or zone within the origin country where the shipment is dispatched or picked up. (E.g. Peninsular)

Destination Country

The country to which a shipment is destined or where it is ultimately delivered. (E.g. ID)

Destination Zone

A specific area or zone within the destination country where the shipment is intended to be delivered. (Great Jakarta)

Destination Zone Group

A grouping or classification of destination zones based on certain criteria such as proximity, shipping regulations, or other factors that influence logistics and shipping costs. (E.g. Jakarta)

Service Category

The classification or type of service offered for shipping, such as standard delivery, expedited shipping, air freight, sea freight, etc. (E.g. Regular)

Weight

The mass or heaviness of a shipment, usually measured in kilograms or pounds, which plays a crucial role in determining shipping costs and logistics handling. (E.g. 5)

Rate

The price or cost charged for shipping services, often calculated based on various factors including weight, distance, service level, and any additional services required. (E.g. 50000)

Currency

The monetary unit used for pricing and transactions. It could be any national currency or a commonly accepted international currency like US dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), Rupiah (IDR) etc. (E.g. IDR)

Step 7: Completion

Once the upload is successful, you're done! The newly updated pricing information will be reflected for the chosen merchant.
