If you encounter any issues tracing your orders, this document provides you with the necessary information.

You will learn the following:

Steps to Track Orders

You can use two options to track your shipment: via the client portal or Luwjistik's tracking page.

1. Client Portal

  • Visit our Orders tab from the menu bar and click on the filter

  • Enter the order ID in the filter function.

  • Click on the order ID to view the tracking update.

2. Tracking page

  • Visit our tracking page at Luwjistik Tracking.

  • Enter the tracking number and click TRACK MY SHIPMENT.

Understanding The Tracking Information

Once you land on it, the tracking page displays the categorized information of the tracing into a few sections based on the services performed.

However, if you opted to do the tracking from the Luwjistik tracking page instead of the client portal, the tracking view would not show the services section, and you could only see the complete tracking progress information. However, additional information like your company info will be visible.
