Managing the SRI

Luwjistik provides a Smart Routing International (SRI) solution that simplifies your supply chain processes and reduces time. You can automate your logistics requirements effortlessly by uploading your orders onto our system.

In this document, you will learn:

Logging In to Luwjistik

The initial step to use the SRI is to log in to the Luwjistik Portal.

  1. Click on the link in your onboarding email to go to the login portal. Log in with your email address and the password provided. Remember to change your password later.

  1. The system will take you to the Marketplace screen after you log in. The marketplace shows all the Network Partners currently available.

Setting Up Your SRI Lanes

Before uploading orders, you must set up the SRI lanes you want to use. Click on the L-Control menu on the left sidebar and click on the SRI button.

In L-Control, you will set up the lanes for each origin and destination you want.

  • Select the origin country you want service in

  • Select the destination country you want

You must repeat this process for each origin country and destination country you want service in.

Uploading Orders

Click the Orders menu on the left sidebar to go to the Orders.

  1. Click on the Upload Orders button to go to the upload interface.

  1. Select the Domestic tab if all your orders are Domestic or B2B Shipment; the default is Cross-Border.

  2. To submit your orders, please ensure they are in an Excel sheet format.. You can use either the Cross-border sample file or the Domestic sample file. The name of the file is optional. If this is your first time uploading, you can access the sample Excel file by downloading it from the upload interface menu located at the bottom of the page.

  1. Fill in your Excel file with the shipment information.

The file requires the completion of two tabs, such as:

Cross-Border Orders Tab

Description

Order Code*

Order ID can be filled according to your prefix preferences. It can be alphanumeric and symbolic. Each order code must be unique.

Consignee Name*

Consignee’s full name

Consignee Number*

Consignee’s contact number with country code

Consignee Email*

Consignee’s email address

Consignee Adress*

Consignee’s full address

Consignee Postal*

Consignee’s valid postal code.

Consignee City*

Consignee’s valid city.

Consignee Country*

Consignee’s country. Choose from the drop-down menu, and refer to the references tab for more info on the abbreviation.

Consignee Province*

Consignee’s province.

Consignee District*

Consignee’s district.

Destination Port

Consignee’s port based on a 3-digit IATA code. Choose from the drop-down menu, and refer to the references tab for more info on the abbreviation.

Consignee Tax ID

Consignee’s Tax ID.

Length*

Parcel length in cm. Only insert the numbers.

Width*

Parcel width in cm. Only insert the numbers.

Height*

Parcel height in cm. Only insert the numbers.

Weight*

Parcel weight in kg. Only insert the numbers.

Payment Type*

The payment type is filled with either COD/Prepaid.

COD Value

The value of the item if using the COD service.

COD Currency

The currency value of the item if using the COD service.

Shipment Incoterm*

The shipment incoterm is filled with DDP/DDU. More tips about DDP/DDU in Shipping Guideline.

Sender Contact Name

Client’s full name.

Sender Contact Number

Client’s contact number.

Sender City*

Client’s city.

Sender Country*

Client’s country. Choose from the drop-down menu, and refer to the references tab for more info on the abbreviation.

Sender Province

Client’s province.

Sender District

Client’s district.

Sender Port

Client’s port based on a three-digit IATA code. Choose from the drop-down menu, and refer to the references tab for more info on the abbreviation.

Sender Postal

Client’s postal code.

Sender Address

Client’s address.

First Mile

Fill with ‘yes.’

Freight Forwarders

Fill with ‘yes.’

Custom Brokerages

Fill with ‘yes.’

Last Mile

Fill with ‘yes.’

Self Collect (PUDO)

Fill with ‘yes’ if using the Self Collect (PUDO) service; or else no.

Note

Additional note about the shipment.

LM L-Control bypass

For internal use, please leave it blank.

Order Items Tab

Field

Description

Order Code*

Order ID can be filled according to your prefix preferences. It can be alphanumeric and symbolic. Each order code must be unique.

Description*

Details about the contents of the shipment If there are many different items in one shipment, use a separate row to describe each item.

Quantity*

Quantity of the item.

Product Code

Product code of the parcel, if any.

SKU

SKU of the parcel, if any.

Category*

Item category. Choose based on the closest category.

Price*

Value of the parcel.

Currency*

Currency used. Based on either destination or origin currency.

  1. Click on Browse to select your order file from your computer.

  2. Click the Upload button at the bottom to complete uploading your orders.

Note

If there are errors in the Excel sheet format, a notification will help you identify the error and troubleshoot it.

Labelling Your Orders

The next step is to print and label your orders.

  1. After successfully uploading your order, you need to print and label your orders. The system will display your demands as a list, and you can also view them as batches.

  • Select all the orders that need labels (usually, this will be all new orders).

  • Click the Download Label button at the top of the list to download all labels as JPG files for printing and attachment to each order.

Viewing Your Orders

To manage your orders quickly, go to the Orders menu tab.

  • If you want to view a specific order, click the filter button and enter your preferred criteria to locate it quickly. This feature makes it easy to track your orders and stay on top of your shipping tasks.

  • To manage your view on the orders page, select or deselect any criteria you want in the view setting menu.

There are two options to view the orders, which are:

A. Viewing Individual Order ID

To view any individual order number click on any order number, and you can view all the information about the shipment, such as:

  • Order number.

  • Shipment dimension, weight and payment type.

  • Consignee details such as name, phone number and address.

  • Pickup details (for a client using Luwjistik for the First Mile), such as name, phone number and address.

  • Sender details such as name, phone number and address.

B. Viewing Order in Batch

To view all shipments in a batch. You can click the batch order number, and you can view all information about the loads in that particular batch, such as:

  • Individual shipment summary

  • Latest tracking status with date

Tracking Your Orders

To track your orders, click on any desired order number, and it will display the complete shipment information, including the latest tracking milestone. This feature allows you to stay informed of your order's progress and any relevant updates.

The tracking updates status is standardised across all network partners and provided in real-time. It ensures you have the most accurate and up-to-date shipment information.

Viewing Duty, Tax, and Service Rate

There are two ways to perform the duty and tax viewing actions, such as:

A. Viewing Individual Rates and Duties Tax

To view the estimated rates for your services, tax, and duties, click on any desired order number and scroll down to the bottom of the page. It will display the complete information on the estimated rates.

  • The initial segment displays the services' charges, with the currency presented under the billing currency.

  • The left-hand column of the second section displays the projected duty and tax charges for your shipment, which are determined by the item categories, price, and destination country.

B. Viewing Batch Rates and Duties Tax

Click on any desired batch order number to view the estimated rates for your services, tax, and duties. It will display the complete information on the estimated rates for the selected batch.

  • The "Summary" tab shows the summary rates of services you use.

  • The "Details" tab shows the summary rates of services you use.

Navigating The Dashboard

Our dashboard provides you with a comprehensive overview of all your shipments. It lets you stay up-to-date with real-time updates and monitor your shipping update with us.

By utilising the dashboard, you can easily view all relevant information related to your shipments, including tracking updates, total latest delivery status, an overview of your shipment volume, average weight and total weights. It helps you to stay on top of your shipping tasks and make informed decisions that improve your shipping efficiency.

  • To view the dashboard, click the dashboard bar at the right menu.
