If you cannot do the API integration with us or are waiting for API status completion, you can manually upload your order using the Excel template below.

You will learn the following:

  • How to Fill In the Cross-Border Submission Form.

  • How to Fill In the Domestic Submission Form.

How to Fill In the Cross-Border Submission Form

  1. Download the Cross-Border Submission Form: Download the Excel file, your gateway to smooth order processing.

  2. Explore the Tabs: Upon opening the Excel file, you'll find three tabs:

    • Crossborder Orders: This tab is your canvas for entering sender and recipient details, as well as parcel packaging information.

    • Order Items: Here, you can provide the order description, category, SKU, and prices for each item.

    • Reference: This tab contains essential reference information, including product categories, port names, and country codes.

How to Fill In the Domestic Submission Form

  1. Download the Domestic Submission Form: Similar to the Cross-Border Submission Form, download the Excel file designed for your domestic orders.

  2. Tab Overview: Upon opening the Excel file, you'll find three tabs:

    • Domestic Orders: This tab is your platform to input sender and recipient details, as well as parcel packaging information for your domestic orders.

    • Order Items: Just like in the Cross-Border Submission Form, fill in the order description, category, SKU, and prices for each item.

    • Reference: This tab includes reference information related to product categories.

  • It would help if you filled in all tabs marked with an (*) as they are required fields.

  • You must follow the format given as we have set up machine learning based on the template we provide.
