Luwjistik's L-Freight platform is a dedicated order management page exclusively for B2B shipments. It acts as a centralised hub, providing clients with an easy way to oversee the status of their orders and enhancing transparency and control in their supply chain.
How to View Your B2B Orders?
Accessing your B2B orders through L-Freight is a straightforward process:
Login Procedure
Follow the link in your onboarding email or visit Luwjistik's website and click the Login button.
Log in using your designated email address and the provided password. Remember to change your password for security reasons.
Navigating the Interface
Upon logging in, you'll land on the Marketplace page, displaying all available Network Partners.
Head to the L-Freight menu tab for efficient management of your B2B orders.
Order Viewing
To view a specific order, utilise the filter box by entering the necessary details. This feature enables quick and targeted access to particular orders.
Alternatively, the platform conveniently arranges orders by their shipment status—created, in progress, and delivered—allowing you to select which order statuses you'd like to view. Here is an overview of each order status:
Created: The order has been placed but has yet to start. It's like it's waiting in line to be processed.
In Progress: The order is being packed and shipped. It's on its way to you.
Delivered: The order reached you! It's been dropped off and is in your hands now.
